After undergoing a rezoning to allow for semi-detached homes and rental townhomes, this development aims to appeal to a wide variety of community members, with a focus on affordability and accessibility. The townhomes feature fully accessible rental units, as well as units with easy accessibility retrofit options, allowing for tenant variety and future-proofing as key components of the design
